You Asked. We Listened. Table Service Starts This Tuesday!

The smoke’s been rollin’, the brisket’s been barkin’, and the feedback’s been loud and clear — you wanted the full dine-in experience. So, starting Tuesday, October 28, Burnt Ends Barbecue is officially going full sit-down service!

That means no more counter shuffles or balancing trays — just good ol’ fashioned table service, ice-cold drinks, and plates piled high with the smoky goodness you love, delivered straight to your seat.

What’s Changing (and What’s Staying Deliciously the Same)

Here’s what you can expect when you pull up a chair:

• Table Service: Get cozy and let our crew take care of you — from Happy Hour drafts to dessert.

• Same Smokehouse Favorites: Brisket, ribs, burnt ends, mac & cheese, and cornbread that’ll ruin you for store-bought forever.

• Private Events Still Rollin’: Our private room and mobile bar are still ready for parties, weddings, and game nights.

• Happy Hour’s Alive and Well: Tuesday–Friday, 4–6 PM. The only thing changing is how easy it is to stay for “just one more.”

What’s not changing? The heart. We’re still your locally owned, fully smoked-in-Maine joint where family, flavor, and laughter come first.

A Note for Bigger Crews

Got a big appetite and a big crew? For parties of 12 or more, we encourage you to make a reservation so we can have your table (and plenty of napkins) ready. Whether it’s a family dinner, a work lunch, or just an excuse to try all the sides — we’ve got room for everyone.

Why We Made the Switch

When we say “You asked, we listened,” we mean it. Over the past few months, your messages, comments, and chats at the counter all said the same thing — Burnt Ends feels like home, and home deserves a seat.

This upgrade is about comfort, connection, and slowing down long enough to enjoy what real barbecue was meant for: sharing time, stories, and sauce-stained smiles with your people.
