Our pitmaster, Kevin Cunningham, has been in kitchens longer than most of us have been old enough to hold a beer. Nearly 30 years of flipping pans, running grills, and perfecting the art of feeding hungry people. But barbecue? That’s where he planted his flag.
What started in a little Lewiston spot back in 2022 grew faster than a brisket disappears at Sunday dinner. By 2024, we leveled up: a 5,000 sq. ft. Auburn smokehouse, full bar, cornhole courts, and space for 200+ of your closest (and loudest) friends.
WHAT WE SLING
The Meats:
Brisket, pork belly burnt ends, ribs, turkey, wings, sausages. If it fits in a smoker, we’ve probably tried it.
The Sides:
Mac & cheese so creamy it needs its own fan club. Cornbread with honey butter that people would throw hands over. Slaw, beans, potatoes—you name it.
The Vibe:
Not fancy. Not frilly. Just smoky, saucy, plate-licking comfort food that doesn’t apologize for the mess it leaves on your shirt.
We’re more than a restaurant. We’re your favorite place between home and work. We’re where you order too much, laugh too loud, and realize mac & cheese is a perfectly valid life philosophy.

You want Burnt Ends BBQ at your wedding? Done. Your backyard bash? Hell yea. Corporate party where you want your boss to finally chill out? We’ll make it happen.
Catering: Pickup trays, buffet spreads, carving stations, taco bars—you call it, we’ll smoke it. We’ll even bring the linens, plates, and staff so you don’t end up scraping beans off your table at 1 a.m.
Mobile Bar Service: Because BBQ without booze is just… sad. We roll up with bartenders, cocktails, beer, wine, even mocktails for your cousin who “doesn’t drink but still wants something cute in a glass.” Open bar, cash bar, semi-hosted—we don’t judge, we just pour.
