Welcome to Burnt Ends Barbecue! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website — burntendsmaine.com — and all services we offer, including online ordering, event reservations, catering, and our email newsletter. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the website.
1. Who We Are
Burnt Ends Barbecue is a locally owned restaurant and catering service located at 120 Center Street, Auburn, Maine 04210. We provide dine-in service, takeout, catering, a mobile bar, and a private event space.

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to: use the website for unlawful purposes or to violate any laws; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its servers; or copy, scrape, or reuse content without written permission. We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate use if these Terms are violated.
3. Online Ordering
Orders placed through our website or third-party ordering partners (such as Toast or DoorDash) are subject to their respective payment and service policies. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless approved by management. We do our best to prepare every meal fresh and accurate, but if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us directly at (207) 241-0033 or contactus@burntendsmaine.com so we can make it right.
4. Catering & Event Bookings
For catering and private event reservations: a deposit may be required to secure your date. Final guest counts and menu selections are due by the deadline listed in your confirmation email. Cancellations made within [X days] of the event may forfeit the deposit. Alcohol service is available only through licensed Burnt Ends staff and in accordance with Maine state law. We reserve the right to adjust or decline bookings due to capacity, staffing, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Payment & Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Taxes and applicable service fees are added at checkout. Payment is due at the time of purchase or as otherwise stated in a catering agreement.
6. Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards are redeemable for food, beverage, and merchandise at Burnt Ends Barbecue. They are not redeemable for cash (except where required by law) and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Promotional offers, coupons, and discounts may not be combined unless stated otherwise.
7. Alcohol Policy
We serve responsibly and in compliance with Maine liquor laws. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest who appears intoxicated or cannot provide valid proof of age (21+).
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including text, photos, logos, and design—is the property of Burnt Ends Barbecue or its partners and protected under copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Burnt Ends Barbecue is not responsible for damages arising from use of this website, inability to access the site, or issues caused by third-party vendors (such as delivery services or payment processors). We strive for accuracy in all content, but we cannot guarantee that every menu item, price, or image is error-free. If an error occurs, we’ll correct it as quickly as possible.
